Here you will find all the information you need to get here:
Pay:
Payment is made upon arrival using an EC, MAESTRO, VISA or MASTERCARD (each with a PIN). Other cards, cash payments and cost assumption declarations cannot be processed.
If you prefer to pay in advance, just send us a message at info@motel-espenhof.de. Please note that prepaid bookings can no longer be changed or cancelled free of charge; our terms and conditions apply.
Arrival and departure:
- Our rooms are available to our guests from 2:00 pm.
- We ask for a check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. The key card is no longer valid at this time and can simply be left in the room on departure.
Your reservation includes, among other things:
• Free WLAN – you can find the access data on the table in the room.
• A parking space. Our grounds are designed for cars – vehicles over 3.5 tons or longer than a van unfortunately won’t fit through the entrance. Lorries and coaches can conveniently park at the neighbouring truck stop (fees apply there).
Check-in notes:
- The check-in takes place at a machine (“Hotelomat”), which also creates the key card for the rooms and the entrance barrier to the parking lot.
- Access to this check-in machine is obtained with a payment card, just like in a bank foyer.
- A brief instruction for the check-in process can be found below.
Others:
- Our rooms are non-smoking rooms
- Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement
- Lost key: locked yourself out? Please contact us via the emergency contact, which can be found in the check-in area.
- If you would like to receive visitors as a motel guest, we kindly ask you to coordinate this with us in advance.
- The entire motel area is under video surveillance.

Brief instructions for the Hotelomat:
- Choice of language
- “Arrival with reservation” button
- Press the button “Online booking number” or “Booker’s last name”
- Enter the relevant data as written in the reservation confirmation – confirm with “OK”
- Insert your EC / credit card, enter your PIN and confirm with “OK”
- Check the address field and confirm with “OK”
- Sign the registration form on the touchscreen
- Wait: The white key card and the payment receipt with the room number on it will be created.
If several rooms have been reserved, repeat steps 1-9 accordingly.
If steps 1-9 take longer than 5 minutes, the Hotelomat will time out. Please start the process again.
